Selling

How do you price my collection?

We anchor to recent sold comps — not asking prices — across the major marketplaces plus our own live-show results. From there, variant (1st Edition, Shadowless, holo/reverse, Crystal, Shining, errors), condition, character demand, and real sell-through shape the number.

Notable cards are priced individually; bulk is priced by category. Offers are itemized where practical and always no-obligation.

What's the smallest lot you'll look at?

There's no minimum for a Quick Look. Very small lots are usually best as a direct buyout. Consignment has a $500 estimated minimum.

Do you buy bulk and commons?

Yes — priced by category. Bulk performs best when bundled with stronger cards. Near Mint collections, 1st Edition / Shadowless bulk, and complete vintage sets get a closer look.

Do you buy Japanese, Korean, or other-language cards?

Absolutely. Japanese vintage (Vending, CD / CoroCoro promos, ANA, Southern Islands, VS / Web Series) is preferred inventory. We also buy modern Japanese and other prints.

Should I grade my cards before selling?

Sometimes. If a raw card looks like a strong PSA 9–10 candidate, grading first can net more — and we'll tell you when that's the case rather than just buying it raw.

Will you tell me if consignment beats your offer?

Yes. Every Tier 2+ review includes buyout, consignment, and hybrid options with our honest recommendation.

Shipping & payment

How does shipping work?

Once a lot is approved we send our Scottsdale intake address and packing instructions. You ship to us at your cost with any tracked carrier. Pack cards snug in sleeves / toploaders or team bags inside a sturdy box with fill; slabs in bubble wrap. We photograph every package on arrival and confirm receipt the same day.

How fast do I get paid?

Buyouts are paid within 7 days of receipt and verification — by ACH, Zelle, PayPal, or check. Consignment payouts land within 7 days after each sale clears, with an itemized statement.

Can I drop off in person?

By appointment in Scottsdale, Arizona. Email us to schedule.

Consignment

What are your consignment rates?

Tiered by item value, stepping down as value goes up — see the rates table. No listing, photography, or hidden fees.

Can I set reserves?

Yes, on premium items by agreement. Unsold reserved items can be re-run, returned, or converted to a buyout.

How long until my cards sell?

Typically 7–21 days from intake to last sale, depending on lot size and show scheduling.
